i really really really want to be able to do a split by the summer or at least be able to touch my toes! Does anyone have any tips?

I will be starting my new lifestyle! I promise to keep track of what I am eating and hit the gym at least 3 times a week! I really need to start being healthier, when I eat crap I feel like crap
